Exactly. And thats because none of them are shaving. We have many checks and balances built in to help prevent this. There are ways you could attempt to shave of course but the way we have built things this would cause other things to break, flags to pop up, etc. I'm not going into details on this becuase that would obviously make it easier for someone to try to screw with the system.
However, should someone attempt to screw with the system we WILL catch wind of it and their licesnse will be revoked and they will most likely have a lawsuit on their hands. We take this stuff very seriously.
Back to Lensman and his PPS program...
I've seen his setup and his sites. He can pay that much honestly with his program for two reasons.
One, becuase he utilizes everything he can (one click upgrades (limited trials), great exit and upsell management, custom content, etc.) to squeeze everything he can out of conversions, retension, and the surfer's wallet. Without NATS making all of these things happen in harmony would be quite a headache and many people simply take the easy route out and shave. He does not.
Two, like many businesses it's about volume. I've seen too many people in this industry looking for the big sale. There's lots of money to be made a little bit at a time. Very often a lower profit margin and much higher volume will be a better payoff at the end.
Lensman is not a part owner of NATS like I have heard the occasional rumor about. He does not get any special treatment. He is a client like any other. He simply utilizies the NATS softwae to it's fullest potential and knows the industry and many people in it very well.
Unlike other software programs that thought it was a good idea to put one on the front page of the admin area, there is NO SHAVE FEATURE in ANY NATS. There never has been, there never will be. Those who think they can somehow screw with the system and make it shave will find out the consequences of doing so if and when they attempt it.
