dont think anything of it, there is nothing wrong going on in his head from it, and it does not hurt at all, its actually our way of relaxing

i was a very normal kid, who played video games and all the other shit every kid did, nothing different about us besides how we fall asleep. i found out my father also did this when he was a kid, just didnt last as long with him.. im really seeing a brighter side to this...
once again, im very pleased that bringing this up could help someone else, makes me feel much better about it.
