my pleasure - i dont consider it anything to be embarassed about - i dont mind it - but you do, so im quite confident you shouldnt stress over it, just check into how to break the habit. for one, excercise will make you tired as hell and fall asleep faster, but at first you may need to consciously tell yourself "ok - im not going to shake my head anymore"
its just a habit - if you want to break it, you will. most habits take about 2-3 weeks to get into or out of ...
