I have to say that like 75% of the galleries are on freehosts and sponsor/stolen content. Really.
That would immediately eliminate those, maybe.
It would also eliminate people with no CC's (Aka. juveniles)
I know a lot of people who started when they were 15-16 (I was), if it wasn't for free content those wouldn't survive.
