I had 2 important servers with them, one was running 25 paysites and affiliate program at the time.
I had a 10% chargeback and 50% refund ratio that month with paycom - downtime limited thanks to REFLECTED.NET
To reclaim the data it took several attourney emails, phone calls and letters to finally break ground with their abuse department which seems to be run by a bunch of 10year olds.
Eventually they let me buy the hard drives (i needed them for sql dbs) at
US $500 each x4 (raid) (80 gig 7200rpm) they really took advantage of the situation...
I don't like speaking bad of other companies, but theplanet/servermatrix really made such a negative impact on my business and personal life that I would hate to see someone in this industry go through the same ordeal
