Im pretty new with video editing... i've always just hooked up a dvd player to my video capture card to grab clips from DVD content, but now i've got a bunch of full length wmv clips to work with.

What program would be best for chopping up the videos (by hand, not automatically), and adding a URL watermark? I'm sure premeir would do this, but I'd need to find some sort of tutorial because I'm a total premeir newb.
