yep this is the stuff. Wormwood basically has a similar effect as the THC that is in pot. But since it is drank and not smoked you get 100% of it. If you smoke a joint you will get some of the effect from that joint but if you drink a glass of this you will get 100% of the effect of it so it is much more portent ( in large quantities ) than pot is.
Also the reason it was outlawed in many european countries is that, supposedly, if you drink it and then take any type of opium based drug like morphine, heroin etc, it makes the high much more potent so many cities were seeing alot of people go from being just drinkers to being drinkers and junkheads.
