I happen to know someone who owns an olive garden
they do nto get any " fat bonus checks " for keeping cost down.
They actaully have to turn in ANY money they want to spend on food before they order it and get it okay'd by the franchise
If they are spending to little they get inspected
they also have a " secret shopper " once a month in every chain
almost the same with subway
only diffrence is subway owners are told " use the stuff until you get complaints or it looks bad " .... uperscale franchised resturants are watched HARD
so people who are having all these Bad experinces have to realize if they are ordering seafood .. they are NOT getting fresh stuff ... It more than likely has been frozen for a month or more
but stupid storys like the bread shit is totaly BS
