Fucking funny joke I read.
This guy is walking down the street on the way to the store on his way walks by a loonie bin. There is this tall fence along the sidewalk obviosly put up to keep the crazy people in. As he is walking by all the wacko's on the other side of the fence start chanting loudly, "thirteen...thirteen...thirteen." The man is slightly perplexed as the what the hell these idiots are doing chanting, "thirteen...thirteen...thirteen." So he decides to find out what they are doing. He finds a hole in the fence and looks through. All of a sudden this finger comes through the hole like lightning on a ZapMan and pokes him in the eye. A great cheering comes from the other side of the fence and all the cracked out fuck ups woop and holler , "fourteen...fourteen...fourteen"
