If I know before hand that they are considering it....I have no problem giving my but once it's done and then you find out...Should you keep your mouth shut? What if the friends business is currently more profitable than yours? Are you in any sort of position to give business advice to one that is more successful than you?

Hypothetical situation, of course.....
If your friend's biz is more profitable than yours - don't give him your 2 Cents. You need cash more than he does. Just a thought.
