I realise you started this thread with good intentions, but why give the idiot more exposure? You probably made his night to see he'd provoked someone into starting a thread about him. Just ignore dickheads like that and they'll soon stop posting trash if noone gives them the attention they crave (there is obviously something lacking in their sorry lives to post like that).
