Anyone know if there is a message board out there where people post design and programming jobs and people bid on the jobs. I know of sites like elance and stuff like that, but i'm looking for just a regular message board...
Anyone know of one? ...and while i'm at it...anyone need any design work done, html, xml, photoshop, flash.....full websites, logos, banners, print....
