Yea the moment they start telling people what they can and cannot file a lawsuit for is the day I start packing my shit.
Most of the time frivolous cases get tossed out and the people who brought the case end up loosing money. Yea, you can point at exceptions but to think they are very common is just foolish.
Its funny how poeple here can turn almost anything into country bashing.
