how long does it take ? i changed DNS 2 hours ago and it took affects only with the http://www.domain.com but not without www http://domain.com ... also the strange thing is that when my friend ping it he gets the same ip on both www.domain.com and domain.com and when i ping it i get different ips... (we are in the same country)

any ideas ?
