Do you realize America has unilateral economic sanctions against 29 other countries? If that means you're going to invade them all, it's going to be a long couple years.
You're right that this war would have happened without George Bush, as long as the neo conservatives were controlling whoever the President was. This war would not have happened without the unbelievable combination of arrogance and incompetence that only true neo conservatives bring to the table.
