Theres lots of laws jsut like that in almost every state. In my sate the guy faces JAIL time and it has nothing to do with "scamming" the charges are for mass mailing and fake return addresses.

Your right that was the only one.. I read em all.. But thats virginia the only state that does that.. So unless you in virGINA dont worry about it. Sides that wont ever happen again I'd bet.
