After dealing with too many people who can't get jobs done, let's get a few things straight:
1) I have been screwed enough times not to pay upfront
2) Quality before quantity, but don't give me crap for $$$
3) This is a small touchup, I wouldn't even call it a "project"
4) Let me know what you want ($) upfront...
Needs:
I need this site to work the PHP includes (header/footer) in ALL pages, right now some pages are static (header/footer) some use includes, need them all changed over to includes with CSS working fine.
I need you to go through all pages to make them look pretty with CSS "effects". Right now it's a bit too rough to launch, I need it in good shape.
A product info page needs to be builtm just a space for product details and pictures, should be very easy.
