You said FREE, right? The only free tgp submitter I know of is at
http://precisesubmit.com/Downloads/ my company uses that application for the top 200 TGPs [hand submits eliminate errors] and we use TGSW http://www.worldadult.com/tgsw/link.shtml[Not Free but worth the money] for the 2400 other smaller TGPs.
