Dopy, i know ;)

cck, i have quantum and western digital, but i cant say i had problems in the past with seagate and i'm using hard disks from '89.

DTK, thanks, anytime more to come soon

zubr, w2k is my o.s. but this time i got involved with nasty virus. After I managed to manually remove them (because the virus killed every antivirus i tried to install) i left with a damaged search function on I.E. which I use frequently. Unfortunately, repair process didnt help. I reinstalled windows without formating.

The last months, email worms become worse and worse. I'm gonna get rid of outlook as some more wise people suggested in the past. It's a piece of crap, I never had any virus problems until Outlook become the primary target of virus programmers.

FYI, the only antivirus managed to load was f-prot. I didnt know it still exists. Neither f-prot could clean the virus, but helped me to trace all infected files. I remember it from the dos version. to f-prot

thanks all of you. I'm cleaannnnnnnnn ;)
