Money isn't a direct factor but indirectly affects most of the factors that a woman looks for in a man.
Money = Confidence
Money = Nice Clothing
Money = Nice Car
Money = Nice house/condo
Money = Luxery Items (boats etc..)
Money = Being able to take her to nice restaurants
Money = Letting her shop
No Money = None of the above except maybe confidence. But you can't keep a woman off of confidence alone.
