Glad you're OK. Now, make sure you have a lot of neck and back pain and do follow up Dr. visits, chiropractor's, pains meds, physical therapy etc. etc.
Who knows what types of medical problems you COULD have from this accident in a year or two, so you just as well be compensated nicely for the hassle.
