what happened was the pic that was taken above was the drunk guys car...I couldnt take the pic of my car because the accident was in the middle of the road and so was my car so they wouldnt let me around to my car because they were afraid people would drive by and hit me so they made me stay on the curb. My buddy took that pic right when he arrived on the scene and the guys car was totalled as well..my car was to the far right and they wouldnt allow me to go back to it.
