everybody thanks a lot....ya the guy has insurance and im not stupid to go buy cars or anything to jeopardize this case. I have a family lawyer who is really good here in nevada so im going to use him and Im comfortable getting every cent i deserve for this. I was in more shock when the cops told me if i was driving a car instead of a s-10 truck, the car would of been smashed and i would of been in critical condition if not dead....So i thank the heavens im ok...

btw chevy s-10's are so safe sinc it is what i was driving in this case....It seems this car has been really bad luck for me so I think its time for a new one.
