Either way we go, there will always be critics. First it was for not getting involved in other nations conflicts, now it's because we defend ourselves when attacked. It seems most of the anti Bush comments come from poorly educated euro-trash that believe everything they read. The nuclear plan you are speaking of is a contingency plan. Nothing more. It is not a plan for a preemptive strike. It is a guarantee that if we are attacked with weapons of mass destruction, we will strike back with a force like the world has never seen.
