The fan WAS ON THE FLOOR during a GAME, at the point of a RIOT, what'd you want him to do?!??!!? The guy obvious ran onto the floor for some reason and had the motive to go after Artest, after all, THOUSANDS of people are already throwing bottles at him. If that fat dude would have had a blade in his hand and stabbed him, you'd be singing a different tune...and how did Artest know he did or didn't?!?
