Steve, I'm afraid you got this all wrong. We actually got CCBILL to double check things a couple of times this time - and THEY DID found a big reporting error which had resulted in 12 hours of sales not being shared with the affiliates. The bug were fixed and our stats showed "a good amount" more. Actually tons of affiliates made alot of money that night.
So no, I didn't waste my time.
