I live in Quebec. I found out a russian model that I want to shoot.

The guys who are managing her want me to pay 2000$ upfront for sending her here...

Is this normal ? I will never pay that amount upfront to people that I don't know.

Does anyone have any experience with this ?

I don't want to pay them upfront and they don't want to send me the girl without knowing if I will pay... What is the usual way to proceed with this ?
