The Don wants the death penalty, and all of a sudden you are getting defensive about racism. Why are you so defensive? When someone mentions 'muggers' and such, why do you ASSume he's talking about blacks? Who cares about the statistics that you can tout to prove you have reason to think he's talking about Blacks, give me another?
