that's an interesting site. i was looking at the AVS they use and here's my question.
they say in their sales pitch:

"(ii) that YOU shall be solely responsible for all decisions and all liability with respect to

how is this protection from say a kid stealing his parents credit card and using it? how is this any protection at all? and to what extent are you held acountable for unauthorized access to your site?
