No, that would be like demanding to know the exact second when an apple becomes ripe...

the first "human" would be a totally subjective call; even the most educated opinions could differ by a hundred thousand years .... pick a point in time/evolution where the humanoids finally look/act 'human-enough' to you to consider them the 'same' as we are today ... whatever that point in time is, there wouldn't be just two of them running around. There's never been a clear 'first' of any species; that's the whole point/process we call evolution.
