might be the oldest profession in the world but it's never been marketed to the masses before - i bet only 20%, if that, of guys on this board have paid a whore for sex. it's still kinda taboo for various reasons - all it needs is some cleaning up, market it as wholesome fun, convince men that it's not for losers, so the commercials and ads would feature good looking 20 something guys all going to the whore store together on a Friday night - much like a beer ad.
