So "you" would be the judge, jury, and executioner?

What I am saying is this:

Imagine for a moment that you are standing with some friends in a crowded lobby waiting to get into a movie. All of a sudden, out of no where, you feel a sharp poke from behind into your ribs. ...What would your first thought be? ...To turn around and punch someone right? ...Now, imagine you turn around and see that the person you were going to knock out was blind. ...Now how would you feel based on that new information?

What happens now if you kill somebody based on limited information. What happens if your perception of that person was not as absolute as you had originally thought?
