They already have done it to liquor. Last I checked, 21 is the legal drinking age. Your friends son was breaking an existing law by drinking. What do you suggest be done? Prohibition?
I'm missing your point. They're addressing one given issue. Spinning off and complaining about another issue is pointless and silly. We could do that all day for any topic that ever arises.
