Dialers have been going to be "dead in 6 months" since I can remember, yet our business keeps growing. We've offered secondary call access for nearly two years - it makes up a pretty small portion of our revenue, still.
And as for "tricking the surfer", our dialer tells them, twice, in bold text, on the front page, what it's going to cost. Less than 0.1% of our UK dialer transactions result in a call to us to enquire about the charges on the bill - I wonder what that figure is for US credit card transactions? Kimmykim?
