I got a reply from SK and I think it is ok to post a part of this email here as this part is very general:

Quote:
Dear Affiliate

There is always a small change to overall stats after our fraud review.
Credit card verification is not perfect, it does allow a certain amount of
fraud to get through. To safeguard against this fraud, we are forced to
manually review approved signups for authenticity.

We also provide a confirmation email to each new signup, which includes
their pertinent user information. If for any reason that email is
undeliverable, their account is suspended until such time as they contact
us with the correct email address. If they contact us to correct the
information, that signup is then added back into your stats.

We also review signups as to users who are still active (within one year)
on our system, as we have already paid out on these signups. These
duplicate signups are not always caught by the processor due to a different
e mail address or credit card entered but all other pertinent information
such as physical address, name and even ip address in most cases do match.
To payout on multiple signups from the same user in the same year would not
be a good practice on our end as in most instances they are just looking
for access to the free trial again. If its a matter of lost passwords, we
offer various opportunities to retrieve that information.

I do understand your general point... who wouldn't but there is a big red BUT:

there are things that don't work this way... even if it was a signup
that I did not deserve to be credited for, you can not simply remove
it from the stats area.... you can write me, your affiliate an email
telling him that a signup will be removed due to XYZ or you can have a
special colum in the stats are showing that there has been
a signup removed due to reason XYZ but you can not simply take them away.

The way it works right now nobody can not put any trust into your
program because the webmaster has no information. I'm not accusing you
of anything, but how do I know if those signups are not deducted
randomly just to increase profits? You know what I'm talking about.

Looking forward to your thoughts.

I apologize for bitching about you having control over my signups.... in case you don't and it was SK removing the SU because the user already had a password from 7 months ago.

I've expressed what I think about this in my above shown email.

So if anyone wants to try out NCH feel free to do so... very nice concept and site. Its just said that only joinpage hits are counted.

Hope this gave you guys some insight
bitch away
