Johnny make sure whoever u talk to shows u hard evidence of what traffic they have, nothing else matters - they either have traffic or they don't. it would also help if they have some experience in your niche. at best you'd find yourself a major player in this niche to partner with you 50/50 after expenses , but that is probably not going to happen, 2nd best would be to find somebody who works hard and has some success in your niche, making good money but not enough to afford content like you have - that would be a good marriage.
