Mmmm.. I think I'd be running around watching my back if I relied on some info here to run any corp in any country in the world.
Asset/ass protection via LLC's? Under the right screwup your nuts can be chewed off and spat out before ya could spell liquidator :-)
Only real protection is via offshore corps where even the nominees have nada clue of who the beneficiary is, where he/she is or if there is even any bank accounts. On the other hand, if that offshore corp is not fucking people over - that is all irrelevant anyways and not a problem.
