It could be that he's killed in the past and no real evidence exists, so this was just the makeup case for those.

Matt, I have been around and seen a lot in my time, but really, you should think about the ramifications of what you have said here and be ashamed. And the rest of us should hope that others who think that way are limited in number. That kind of attitude is VERY dangerous. Wait till they have a "makeup case" against you and see how fast you change that tune.
