I have recovered the script. GoBack has a recovery feature. It is the first time I used this feature, but it worked perfectly.
I have filed a complaint with PayPal and with my CC holder.

The script does not come with a license, nor is there a copyright notice on the script (makes me wonder if he didn't rip it off from someone else). In one of our E-mail exchanges he told me to sell the script to someone else if I don't want it. I have all of the E-mails that were exchanged.
After reading your post I E-mailed him and told him that instead of selling the script I may just upload it to AWMR (Adult Webmaster Mega Resources) and offer it for free download. I told him he could end the matter by refunding my money.
I am awaiting a response, but this is the weekend so it may take some time.
