Cardio to loose fat and not just gain stamina should be done in intervals. run on the spot at a joggin pace for 1 minute then run on the spot for 30 seconds as hard/fast as you can. then come back down to a joggin pace. do that 3 times (4 1/2 minutes total ) after a quick warmup daily and you'll notice a huge difference.

main key is your diet, lots of greens & lots of water. Water breaks down the food you eat and puts the good ingredients to use. Without it not much will happen.

Rest, you need plenty of it while working out whether your trying to cut or bulk. Sleep is great for you body. without that you'll stress your body out in bad ways...

any other good advice? was hoping to get such body type but i guess im just too lazy to start.
