leg lifts for sure, they put less strain on the back as opposed to crunches, and they work your entire abs, probably the most effective workout for your lower abs.
i have a door gym system with ab loops i purchased on ebay (pullup bar with loops for your elbows that sets up in any doorway) i suggest you purchase one of those. Dont forget your diet is just as important if not more important to makein gains.
