Yes, that is the only valid reason in which bidding early is acceptable. That is definitely not the case with the auctions I'm currently participating in though. The people I am referring too are not only bidding early and bidding high, they are checking the auction at least every hour to make sure they remain the highest bidder. These people seem so stupid, I dont know how they managed to survive into adulthood.
