Thanks. Its mostly my metabolism.
But a few months ago I dropped my sugar intake substancially. Plus I upped my fresh fruits and vegetables and cut portion sizes on everything else. Also drinking much more water.
I originally did it cause I kept getting sick and a nutritionist made suggestions for me. I haven't been sick since and I ended up getting cut up, too.
