Lately I only manage to get about 4-5 hours of sleep every 24 hours on weekdays, so I can get things done. This is not enough for me and it results in feeling sleepy and tired during the day (especially during morning and noon hours - after that I don't want to sleep very badly).
do you guys have any tips on what I can do to replace sleeping most effectively?
coffee is nice, but doesn't really solve the problem..
oh and don't even think about drugs etc you smart asses
