You're always the last to realize that you're finished. Just look at Jerry Rice. Plus, boxers always look up to Foreman as an example. The problem is that Foreman was 1) a freak of nature 2) he spent 10 years outside the ring (77-87), not getting the crap beat out of him every few months 3) he was the biggest puncher of his era, and power is the last thing to leave a boxer, which meant he could still knock guys out in his 40's, and 4) he had the best chin in the business.
If Holyfield fights a few more times, he'll end up like Ali. His speech is already slurred, his reflexes are gone, and he's one punch away from his deathbed.
