JaceXXX is right.

Changing payment information is something that should be taken *very* seriously. Confirming your affiliates identity is a no-brainer when making changes of any kind.

And to reiterate what I posted before...
ePassporte, just as with PayPal, allows you to move money to someone with simply a username (or with PayPal, an email address). This is why it is important to know your affiliates. Just as Visa has the "know your customer" rule, you should know your affiliates.

Accounts flavinho78 and guido25 were blocked on July 12th. Since that time, it has been impossible to send money to either account. Try it yourself and you'll get a message that says " The account you are trying to transfer funds to is currently unavailable. Please try your transfer again later. Thank you."

What makes me curious is why this issue is coming up in November when the accounts were blocked in July.

Each sponsor is responsible for knowing who they are doing business with. In a case such as the one above, the fraudster pulls the money out of the account immediately so there is no chance for reversal of the transaction.
