In bank info details there are several fields to fill out like beneficiary, account number, bank name and so on. I filled out all of this correctly. Then there is this field called "payment details".
I did not get the payment and asked why, then I got that reply that make no sense to me.
I never had that "problem" before, and I feel I'm communicating with a stupid online translator
