Ergo keyboards do not mean your posture is perfect or near correct -- I can slouch in my ergo seat. I use a straight stick/OS keyboard and I have no probs.
- Are you elbows always perpendicular to the surface you are on, being the ground or whatever? If not, lower or raise your chair so they are.
- Are your elbows on the corner of your work surface (desk)? VERY BAD ... Nerve damage.
However, I have this horrid pain in my right elbow today (jerking off, no, the neighbourhood is full of WOBTT, white-one-bag-trailer-trash ... they take care of that duty, or I simply pull with the left ... gotta love white trash ... do anything for a buck).
I believe it may have something to do with my little kite-skating accident yesterday. 35KM/hr breeze yarded me 10-12 feet up from the earth, 30ft from where I started it all and dropping my ass into the parking lot.
