For people in the EU get the gift certificates from Amazon.co.uk (you can get them online with no problems).
I donīt order from amazon.com becuase I get hit by 25% sales tax and then an extra tax depending on what product I bought.
If I order from amazon.co.uk I only have to pay the difference between the UK and the Danish sales tax.
