I'm sure all the war hawk Bush lovers will protest and say he had a right to shoot that dude even though the evidence points otherwise. The biggest reason why you can't excuse that crap is how in the fuck do you get insurgents to surrender if they feel they are going to get shot whether they fight or not? Where is the motivation for them to lay down arms?
"Surrender or we wil kill you, well actually we'll kill you anyways, but please still surender"
Not to mention that if our guys ever get trapped you know damned well they are dead if we let this slide. Can't expect barbarians to act better than us can you?
